Rental Procedure Terms and Conditions (MUST READ!)

Within every box is an inventory of tools and their respective JIMS and HD part numbers.  Our policy will also be included in the box.  Prior to rental we require a 600.00 credit card deposit that will be re-credited to your account pending the complete and safe return of the tools.  Our policy is that all tool rentals are good for a three day period.  Beyond that there will be a 25.00 charge for every day past the return date given.  The tools are shipped to the borrower FedEx overnight, the borrower uses them for a day, and then returns them to us FedEx overnight delivery.  It is our policy that the customer insure the tools for 600.00 upon return.  All shipping cost is the responsibility of the borrower. 

The borrower is responsible for the tools from the moment they are received by the borrower until the moment they return to our care.  It is important that the inventory list is checked before returning the tools so as to not leave any parts behind.  Any parts missing from the kit will be deducted from the borrower's account and will be invoiced out accordingly.  If the tools are lost in shipping the borrower is responsible for the complete cost of replacement.
