Not only is Dave the head technician for Johnson Engine Technology, but he has also been a small engine technician for the past 16 years and has worked on various engine brands.   In fact, in 1997, Dave became certified as a Briggs & Stratton Master Technician with the third highest grade ever on the five part qualifying test after taking the test just once.  He also spent 4 years in the military, as a fuel and electrical systems repair man.  Dave's experience outside of  J.E.T. has greatly contributed to many jobs well done here in the shop.  He knows his away around an engine whether it is a large Harley-Davidson engine or a small lawn mower engine. 

     Dave also enjoys long walks on the beach with his dog Sam and looks forward to the days end so he can hit the sand.  Dave is a fungi to have around and you can always count on a cold ice coffee in his hand to keep him going throughout the hot summer months.
